INGREDIENTS
450 gr lazani (chilopites)
150 gr grated cheese (kefalotiri)
400 gr cheese slices
200 gr pariza slices
3 spoons tomato paste
bechamel cream
INSTUCTIONS
Boil the lazani (chilopites) for 4 minutes, drain and mix with butter and grated cheese (kefalotiri). In a buttered ovenproof dish put half lazani (chilopites), a cheese layer pariza and the other half lazani (chilopites). On top pour the tomato paste and the bechamel cream.
