INGREDIENTS

450 gr chilopites
chopped tomatoes
oil
water
salt
peper

INSTRUCTIONS

In a sausepan add the oil and the chopped tomato, stir for 3 minutes and then add 1 ½ liter water. Once it starts to boil, add the chilopites, continue cooking 5 minutes more.

Serve in a deep dish with grated cheese.
