450 gr. siron TASOULA
500 gr. paskitan or yoghurt
50 gr. fresh butter or margarine
3 cloves of garlic
Place the pieces of siron in a pan and fill with boiling water until it covers them. Leave them until they rise and then add paskitan or yogurt containing and crushed garlic. Finally pour the mixture with burnt butter.
All the time we are preparing the siron keep the ingredients warm.
